What you will do

• Manage supply chain modeling and parameters, including lead times and safety stocks, using the master planning system.
• Collaborate with Business Group capacity planners to support the S&OP process and review resource loading.
• Handle fulfillment of customer sales orders, programs forecast, and release feasible plans to manufacturing sites.
• Manage supply exceptions and coordinate production priorities during tight supply periods to ensure continuity.
• Coordinate new product introductions and manage quality, technical, and commercial returns.
• Monitor KPIs and initiate continuous improvement activities through PDCA cycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and process-driven knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in customer handling and managing or participating in projects.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional, virtual, and international teams.
• English: Proficient communication skills required for global collaboration.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
