Sr. Buyer, Supply Chain Platform Procurement

Location: Taipei City, Taiwan office; onsite role

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply operations for mechanical products, including demand analysis, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Execute procurement activities such as forecast releases, purchase orders, and logistics arrangements.
• Identify supply risks, monitor shortages and excess inventory, and prepare mitigation actions.
• Negotiate with suppliers on cost, quality, commercial terms, and delivery.
• Monitor vendor performance across delivery, responsiveness, quality, and flexibility metrics.
• Drive improvements in supplier scheduling, material visibility, communication, and internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of procurement or supply chain experience in computer OEM/ODM manufacturing or server system solutions; alternatively, an MS degree with at least 2 years of experience.
• Understanding of server products, procurement principles, supply chain processes, order management, and fulfillment.
• Strong analytical, communication, multitasking, prioritization, planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English and availability to work from the Taipei, Taiwan office.
