AGGP2027 – Graduate Commercial Operations Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Singapore Area; candidates must have or obtain the right to work in Singapore and be eligible for the required security clearance.

What you will do

• Support network and business partner agreement implementations, renewals, and performance monitoring across Southeast Asia and hirify.global Helicopters customer centres.
• Assist with standard and complex offers for new aircraft and Support & Services in coordination with operational teams.
• Develop proficiency with customer relationship management systems, price quotation software, and commercial price lists.
• Apply hirify.global commercial policies, pricing catalogues, governance procedures, and internal compliance directives.
• Support compliance activities covering Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, Third Party Declarations, and Export Control.
• Complete at least one rotational placement across regional Customer Centers or adjacent marketing functions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Aviation Management, International Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Recent graduation or approximately two years of initial experience in commercial operations, contract administration, or aerospace partner management.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Collaborative approach and interest in driving future innovation.
• Self-awareness and motivation to actively manage professional development.
• Right to work in Singapore and eligibility for the required security clearance.
