Agent - Ocean Export Customer Service (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage smooth and timely ocean export freight processes, including shipment tracking, delivery coordination, and workflow monitoring.
• Enter shipment data accurately and prepare documents for customers and customs brokers.
• Coordinate with customers, ocean carriers, trucking companies, co-loaders, and other vendors.
• Maintain accurate client invoicing and obtain updated carrier rates and sailing schedules.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, analyze service contract rates, and recommend competitive pricing.
• Monitor compliance, customer operating procedures, KPIs, and vendor performance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent discipline.
• 1–2 years of related experience in a similar position; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Effective interpersonal, communication, listening, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of transportation documentation and terminology is an advantage.
