What you will do

• Develop complex HR reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and visualizations covering employee lifecycle data, trends, expenses, and historical reporting.
• Analyze large employee datasets to identify trends, emerging issues, forecasts, and opportunities for data improvement.
• Conduct independent research and complex analytical projects and present findings and recommendations to senior management and business partners.
• Consult with HR leaders, Centers of Excellence, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders on reporting and analysis requests.
• Review and validate models, prepare written validation summaries, and support regulatory submissions, audits, and legal inquiries.
• Maintain compliance and operational risk controls and contribute to high-visibility HR projects and programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a combined 6 years of higher education and/or work experience including at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VBA, macros, and advanced data techniques.
• Expert ability to manage and analyze large datasets with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate information requests into understandable outputs and communicate insights to management and business partners.

Nice to have

• Workday or other HRIS reporting or system configuration experience.
• Experience with modeling in SAS, R, or Python.
