Analyst, HR Ops Security & Apps

Location: Fully remote from a non-hirify.global worksite, with the ability to commute weekly to either New York, NY or Universal City, CA. Must be available during Eastern Time business hours and provide occasional evening or weekend support for critical implementations and go-live events.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer HR application access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, authorizations, and security-related configuration.
• Investigate system and access issues, conduct quarterly security audits and user access reviews, and support SOX compliance.
• Gather requirements, design and test security roles, develop audit reports, and support recurring HR processes.
• Partner with HR, IT, security, and business stakeholders on application enhancements, releases, implementations, and user adoption.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs, documentation, training materials, and end-user guidelines.
• Manage security workstream activities across requirements, design, build, testing, implementation, and process improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2+ years of HRIS-related experience.
• Intermediate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience with SAP HCM modules and/or SAP SuccessFactors talent modules.
• Strong communication, analytical, reporting, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work Eastern Time business hours and commute weekly to either New York, NY or Universal City, CA.
