Senior FPGA Silicon Validation Engineer

hirify.global is hiring an engineer to validate FPGA-based silicon and related products from prototype through production.

What you will do

• Define and develop FPGA designs that model customer use cases and support silicon, IP, software, tools, and integration validation.
• Develop lab-based test environments and synthetic test content to characterize functionality, performance, and power.
• Apply hardware and software tools to achieve functional coverage and meet performance and power targets.
• Implement digital logic functions in FPGA prototypes and evaluate architecture and design trade-offs.
• Debug silicon bring-up and electrical or performance issues from prototype to production, documenting solutions.
• Collaborate with architecture, design, software, firmware, and tools teams to define validation strategies, test plans, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
• Knowledge of electrical validation for protocols such as PCIe and Ethernet.
• Knowledge of signal integrity analysis, including eye diagrams, jitter, and BER.
• Experience with FPGA design flows, processes, and tools.
• Ability to manage validation programs and debug electrical and performance issues.
• Master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is preferred.
