Manager, Software Engineering Product Manager (Workforce & Legal Tech)

Salary: $118,000–$178,000 expected starting annual range; national range $118,000–$222,000

What you will do

• Lead teams responsible for the enhancement, integration, support, and operational health of a 46-application OCLO portfolio.
• Define priorities, product roadmaps, business cases, and execution plans with technology and business leaders.
• Drive delivery across discovery, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Manage SaaS and packaged-software vendors, including performance, escalations, renewals, and service issues.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, data governance, records management, and information protection requirements.
• Manage budgets, capacity, technology investments, risk, and the development of team members.

Requirements

• Six years of experience in application suite management, including four or more years leading multiple teams across technologies.
• Experience managing enterprise application portfolios, SaaS platforms, packaged software, vendors, and delivery roadmaps.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, modern data platforms, Agile delivery, product operating models, and AI-enabled development practices.
• Strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, business case, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in highly regulated environments involving confidential, privileged, privacy-sensitive, compliance, and risk-related information.
• Undergraduate study in management information systems, engineering, mathematics, computer science, or comparable experience is preferred.
