Location: Columbus, Ohio, with remote applications considered; the position may be filled within any of the lower 48 U.S. states.

Salary: $95,500–$143,500 expected starting annual range; national range $95,500–$177,500.

What you will do

• Operationalize AI risk management across the AI lifecycle through repeatable, cross-functional workflows.
• Design and maintain procedures, templates, AI agents, automations, and purpose-built risk governance tools.
• Develop and deliver foundational and role-specific AI risk education and training at a federated scale.
• Translate complex risk requirements into practical guidance for AI practitioners and stakeholders.
• Support legal and compliance processes by building repeatable regulatory response workflows and improving data sources.

Requirements

• Typically less than three years of related work experience.
• Undergraduate studies in statistics, actuarial science, engineering, business science, business administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics applications and practices, data, and analytic-centric projects.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Employer-sponsored work authorization is not available, and the role does not qualify for the STEM OPT extension.
