Healthcare AI / Implementation Science Lead

Location: Remote

Salary: $94,200–$135,000 per year, with the final offer based on location, skillset, and experience.

What you will do

• Lead healthcare AI adoption, including readiness assessments and workflow analyses.
• Oversee daily implementation activities and guide implementation team members.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, tasks, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Evaluate real-world outcomes and stakeholder experiences to develop practical resources and playbooks.
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams, customers, and vendors while providing status updates to leadership.
• Support workflows, documentation, testing, training, change management, transitions, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
• Ability to identify risks, track issues, and support corrective actions.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work primarily in an office environment while performing the physical requirements of the role.
