Senior Software Engineer (Node.js/Vue.js)

Location: Remote within the United States. This role is open only to US citizens and permanent residents who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services with Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Build performant front-end experiences with Vue.js, Vue 3, Composition API, and Pinia or Vuex.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions for scalable enterprise applications.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as embeddings, LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, vector search, and model inference.
• Use AI-assisted tools for coding, testing, documentation, and refactoring, while contributing to CI/CD, cloud deployment, observability, and performance optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product, data, and AI teams on secure, maintainable end-to-end solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Advanced Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills with experience in microservices or API architectures such as Express or NestJS.
• Strong Vue.js experience, including Vue 3, Composition API, state management, and modern front-end build tools.
• Experience integrating AI/ML services or building AI-enhanced features.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker; Kubernetes; relational and NoSQL databases.
• US citizenship or permanent residency is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
