Sr. Staff Optical Test Engineer

What you will do

• Debug and characterize the performance of digital and analog circuits.
• Analyze production data and perform test-lab experiments to solve yield and test problems.
• Optimize production test screens and define manufacturing and yield specifications for wafer sort, final test, and system-level test.
• Reduce test time, optimize test flows, and remove unnecessary test insertions.
• Collaborate with design, hardware, firmware, test, DFT, DFM, and process engineering teams to improve test methodology and coverage.
• Support RMA testing, customer escalations, new product qualification, and package or fab qualification.

Requirements

• 4+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience.
• Strong experience with ATE testing, test methodology, silicon process, DFT/DFM, and high-speed digital testing.
• Experience with Agilent 83K or 93K testers.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability.
