Staff Operations Program Manager (Robotics)

Location: Waltham, Massachusetts, United States. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $134,000–$167,000 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead the Operations Core Team across TechOps, Production Control, Supply Chain, and technical program management.
• Create and manage resource-loaded schedules, build plans, priorities, and program commitments.
• Oversee NPI build execution and production readiness across internal and outsourced facilities, including time on the production floor.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, bottlenecks, and operational change-management issues.
• Communicate program performance, lessons learned, and escalated risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Establish durable processes and tools that prevent recurring issues across future programs.

Requirements

• BS or higher in engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, including management of multiple programs and schedules.
• Experience with mass-manufacturing readiness, production transfers, and cross-functional NPI environments.
• Experience managing change across software, firmware, mechanical design, and electrical design.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder-collaboration skills.
• Experience with project-management tools and methodologies, including Google Suite, JIRA/Atlassian products, and JAMA.
