What you will do

• Process international ocean shipments according to company procedures and customer requirements.
• Enter shipment information accurately and maintain customer-specific operating procedures.
• Screen customer creditability and denied parties before shipment.
• Coordinate timely client and vendor billing, documentation, invoicing, and export permits.
• Maintain relationships with shipping lines, trucking companies, CFS providers, and other suppliers.
• Respond to internal and external communications promptly and escalate issues to management when required.

Requirements

• Minimum tertiary education.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, computer, Excel, and Word skills.
• Understanding of ocean documentation processes is an advantage.
• Must currently reside in Singapore.
