What you will do

• Create, manage, and update purchase orders for assigned suppliers and product lines.
• Monitor supplier backlogs, order confirmations, delivery commitments, inventory, and lead times.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with suppliers and the Logistics team, including shipment consolidation and delivery planning.
• Provide stakeholders with accurate information on product availability, pricing, lead times, and expected deliveries.
• Track supplier deliveries and help resolve issues involving purchase orders, invoices, payments, product data, and shipments.
• Maintain purchasing data and improve Excel reports, templates, workflows, and processes.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and meet deadlines.
• Proactive communication and follow-up with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience maintaining purchasing, supplier, inventory, and product data in internal systems.
• Ability to prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, trackers, databases, and purchasing analyses.
