Chief Marketing Officer (Legal Services)

Location: Remote or onsite from the corporate office in Miami Lakes, Florida, or the New York office. Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship; relocation assistance is not provided.

Salary: $180,000–$200,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus opportunity.

What you will do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, brand awareness, client acquisition, and expansion into new markets.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing organization of 15 or more professionals across digital, paid media, social media, creative, content, and traditional advertising.
• Oversee full-funnel marketing across search, Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, television, radio, public relations, influencer, community, and social media campaigns.
• Build the firm's brand and storytelling strategy while maintaining consistency across markets and developing community and influencer partnerships.
• Establish dashboards, attribution models, KPIs, and reporting processes to optimize acquisition cost, conversion, signed cases, and return on investment.
• Manage marketing budgets exceeding $10 million and collaborate with Intake, Legal Operations, Sales, and Executive Leadership on growth initiatives.

Requirements

• United States work authorization required; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 10 or more years of marketing leadership experience, including senior-level or CMO-equivalent experience.
• Experience leading teams of at least 15 professionals and managing sophisticated multi-channel programs and significant budgets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, CallRail, Google Advertising, Meta Advertising Platforms, TikTok Advertising, Local Services Ads, YouTube Advertising, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.

• Master of Business Administration.
• Experience in legal services, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
• Experience with bilingual and bicultural markets, Hispanic and immigrant communities, influencers, celebrity endorsements, and community partnerships.
• Experience leading video testimonials, radio advertising, social media, and community-based marketing campaigns.
