Senior Associate, Treasury

Salary: $90,000–$115,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Process capital calls, distributions, and other investment-related cash transactions for fund entities and separate account clients.
• Initiate, monitor, and settle domestic and international wires and FX transactions through treasury and banking platforms.
• Apply wire setup, payment approval, verification, settlement monitoring, and exception-resolution procedures.
• Reconcile daily investment fund cash activity and resolve complex or aged breaks with Investment Accounting.
• Coordinate with custodian banks, administrators, fund contacts, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Contribute to process improvements, application development, testing, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 4–6 years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, financial operations, or a related financial-services function.
• Experience with private equity, private credit, or other private markets asset classes.
• Demonstrated experience processing domestic and international cash wires through banking platforms.
• Practical knowledge of wire setup, payment release and approval, settlement, monitoring, and exception resolution.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with treasury systems, banking portals, proprietary software, or databases.

Nice to have

• VBA, programming, data analysis, or automation experience.
• Familiarity with FX transactions.
