Treasury Manager (Fintech)

Location: United States / Remote

Base salary: $128,000–$160,000 annually, plus target equity.

Builds products for fantasy sports, sports betting, and prediction markets in a single consumer application.

What you will do

• Own daily customer fund segregation and secured amount calculations under CFTC regulations.
• Manage cash positioning, customer withdrawals, exchange margin requirements, regulatory minimums, and wire transfers.
• Support exchange and clearinghouse margin funding, liquidity forecasting, and accurate records of cash, collateral, and bank balances.
• Monitor bank concentration limits and counterparty credit conditions across customer-fund depositories.
• Build banking and payment-provider relationships, negotiate credit and banking terms, and support excess-cash and yield strategies.
• Develop treasury policies, controls, authorization frameworks, reporting, reconciliation, systems, and automation with Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Significant treasury, cash management, or regulatory operations experience within an FCM, broker-dealer, clearing firm, bank, or similar regulated financial institution.
• Prior exposure to FCM, DCM, DCO, and market-maker operations.
• Experience with customer protection or reserve calculations, including CFTC segregation or transferable SEC Rule 15c3-3 experience.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, wire controls, bank reconciliation, liquidity, and banking or credit-facility negotiations.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment while maintaining segregation of duties and independence from the trading desk.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with daily segregation or secured amount computations, bank counterparty credit analysis, or depository concentration limits.
• Familiarity with CFTC Regulations §1.20–1.32 and regulatory reporting portals such as NFA WinJammer or FINRA FOCUS.
• CTP certification or experience evaluating and implementing treasury management systems.
• Experience with treasury policy and governance in a public-company or high-growth finance environment.
