Procurement and Supply Chain Degree Apprenticeship (Aerospace)

Location: Filton, Bristol, United Kingdom. Full-time, onsite degree apprenticeship lasting 4 years and 3 months, starting in September 2027. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

Salary: £23,245 per year.

hirify.global designs, manufactures and manages the supply chain for aircraft wings, landing gear and fuel systems, working with more than 12,000 suppliers worldwide.

What you will do

• Rotate through Commercial Procurement for flying parts, General Procurement and Supply Chain Operations.
• Develop practical skills in supplier management, negotiation and contract management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across hirify.global and with external suppliers.
• Complete work-based projects alongside block-release study and dedicated university learning time.
• Gain exposure to the end-to-end aerospace supply chain, with potential opportunities for international work.

Requirements

• Three A Levels with a minimum of two Bs and one C, or an equivalent qualification subject to validation.
• GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English Language.
• Comfort communicating with a wide range of people and proactively collaborating across teams.
• CV must include grades and indicate whether they are predicted or achieved.
• Cover letter must explain motivation for hirify.global and the apprenticeship, along with relevant skills and experience.
• Successful candidates will undergo a BPSS check and may need UK SC-level Security Clearance or Export Control approval.

Nice to have

• A Levels in Business, Economics or Maths.
• Projects, hobbies, academic work or extracurricular activities demonstrating practical skills.
