What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the supply chain function.
• Manage Direct Despatch order banks and develop best practices to improve efficiency.
• Support the resolution of issues with under-performing suppliers.
• Update reports covering customer promise, stock health and other key KPIs.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve supply chain goals.
• Support product availability, customer satisfaction, sales and profitability through effective supplier and inventory management.

Requirements

• Good data interpretation and presentation skills.
• Experience building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to understand data and systems.
• High motivation and willingness to learn.
