Senior Manager - Field Services (Energy Storage)

Location: USA-TX-Houston; on-site resource management with travel of up to 50–80% within the assigned project region.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and reactive maintenance for BESS equipment and related assets.
• Manage on-site employees, vendors, contractors, maintenance technicians, work orders, workloads, and schedules.
• Lead safety, quality, compliance, and continuous-improvement activities, including OSHA and NFPA standards.
• Coordinate with regional directors and internal and external stakeholders on budgets, project maintenance, and operational priorities.
• Maintain maintenance, inventory, equipment-performance, charge-code, and timesheet records.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports and customer-facing after-action reports, including recommendations for reactive work.

Requirements

• 7+ years of applicable maintenance experience and 3+ years in a management position.
• Advanced knowledge of preventive and reactive maintenance for BESS equipment, SCADA communications, inverters, medium- and high-voltage systems, HVAC, substations, switching, and inspections.
• Current or immediately obtainable OSHA 10, NFPA 70E, and CPR certifications.
• Advanced knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures, electrical troubleshooting, schematic drawings, and quality-control and testing procedures.
• Current driver’s license with a good DMV record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to perform physical site duties, including climbing, standing, walking, bending, and lifting at least 50 pounds; legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• HVAC and electrical certifications.
