Salary: at least €75,000 per year (all-in) based on full-time employment, with higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of large-scale SAP projects and coordinate the hirify.global project team.
• Work with client leadership and hirify.global leadership on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Develop SAP implementation and rollout strategies for complex application landscapes and client environments.
• Prepare and present proposals for major SAP projects.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Leadership Team through colleague leadership and content initiatives.
• Participate in leadership and practice group meetings.

Requirements

• Above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP/SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP rollout methodologies, including SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, and SAP Activate.
• Experience with template management, Solution Manager, release and transport management, process modeling, and modern CI/CD environments such as Jenkins.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, transformation-related solutions, data-driven architectures, and end-to-end process integration.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, conceptual, client-orientation, communication, and presentation skills are required.
