Salary: At least €75,000 per year based on full-time employment, with higher compensation depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead the operational management of large-scale SAP projects and guide the BCG Platinion project team.
• Work with client leadership and BCG Platinion leadership on strategic ERP and SAP initiatives.
• Develop SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation strategies for complex application landscapes.
• Prepare and present proposals for major SAP projects.
• Lead internal initiatives, support colleagues, and contribute to BCG Platinion leadership and practice group meetings.

Requirements

• Above-average degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in strategic ERP and SAP projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP rollout methodologies, including SAP ASAP, Agile@SAP, and SAP Activate.
• Experience with template management, Solution Manager, release and transport management, process modeling, and modern CI/CD environments such as Jenkins.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, large transformation architectures, module integration, and end-to-end processes such as Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken, along with strong analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation, client, and result orientation.
