TL;DR
SAP Project Manager (SAP SuccessFactors): Leading end-to-end SAP implementation programs across SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and ECC environments with an accent on SAP Activate delivery, governance, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on managing complex HR and ERP transformations, cutover readiness, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple SAP workstreams.
Location: Remote within the Greater Brisbane Area, Australia, with occasional travel for project milestones

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery using the SAP Activate methodology, from planning and design through testing, deployment, and transition to operations.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors implementations and align delivery with client HR and business requirements.
- Oversee S/4HANA, SAP ECC, integration, and cross-module workstreams.
- Manage project governance, reporting, RAID management, steering committees, stakeholder communications, financials, timelines, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, workshops, requirement validation, Fit-to-Standard processes, vendor engagement, and resource alignment.
- Lead cutover planning, readiness assessments, and post-go-live support handover across SAP and RISE transformation programs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an SAP Project Manager delivering medium- to large-scale SAP programs.
- Strong project delivery experience with SAP SuccessFactors and experience across S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or broader SAP modules.
- Deep understanding of SAP Activate methodology and SAP project governance frameworks.
- Experience managing cross-functional SAP implementation teams and complex delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop-facilitation skills.
- Full-time permanent employment only; contractors are not being considered. Applicants must have legal working rights in Australia or New Zealand.
Nice to have
- Experience with RISE with SAP.
- Experience managing SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules.
