SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Location: Remote U.S.

Salary: $136,700–$182,300 per year, plus bonus opportunity

What you will do

• Own the SAP S/4HANA program plan, including scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and resource management.
• Lead integrated planning across process, technology, change management, data, testing, and readiness workstreams.
• Manage SAP implementation partners, internal teams, functional leaders, and business process owners.
• Coordinate process alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, and related domains.
• Oversee workshops, SIT, UAT, performance testing, cutover validation, and deployment readiness.
• Track KPIs and deliverables, resolve issues, mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science, a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience delivering large-scale ERP implementations, ideally SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and the full SAP S/4HANA lifecycle.
• Knowledge of SAP functional domains including FI/CO, MM, PP, SD, QM, PM, and IBP.
• Strong program management, executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.
• Experience in matrixed, complex manufacturing environments and leading transformation teams.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or SAP Activate certification.
• Experience in aerospace and defense.
