SAP Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Stockholm, Sweden; flexible hybrid working model. Travel to various European locations approximately twice per month may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and orchestrate SAP Wave 3 delivery across multiple workstreams and international business units.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, system integrators, and external partners.
• Plan, execute, and monitor delivery against scope, timelines, and quality objectives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and alignment with program goals.
• Drive readiness for data migration, cutover, testing, deployment, and go-live.
• Prepare structured status reports for program leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs from planning through deployment.
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream SAP delivery initiatives.
• Strong project experience with SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and/or SAP Enterprise Portfolio & Project Management (EPPM).
• Demonstrated experience with migration strategy, cutover planning, and go-live execution.
• Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, and delivery management skills across business and IT organizations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
