Senior Project Manager, SAP S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Remote within the United States, including Providence, West Greenwich, and listed U.S. states. International travel of up to 30–50% is required.

Estimated starting compensation: $74,961–$164,800. Additional benefits may include discretionary bonuses.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, resources, governance structures, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee solution design, integration, data migration, testing, training, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Coordinate business leaders, executive sponsors, IT teams, system integrators, consulting partners, vendors, and global project teams.
• Facilitate steering committees, workshops, status reviews, executive communications, and project reporting.
• Support organizational change management, business adoption, audit compliance, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project or program management experience, including 5+ years leading SAP ERP initiatives.
• Experience leading at least one full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and understanding ERP processes and cross-functional integration.
• Experience managing system integrators, consulting partners, vendors, and global project teams.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Italian is required.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 30–50% is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP, SAP Activate, Agile, Scrum, or related certifications.
• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or consumer products organizations.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba, SAP BTP, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
