District Partnership Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Remote for candidates living in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; 40%–60% local travel to schools and districts with occasional overnight travel.

What you will do

• Support large and complex school districts as an IXL implementation expert.
• Create and execute professional development plans aligned with district goals and initiatives.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, teachers, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions and provide hands-on support in schools and classrooms.
• Partner with Sales on pilots, pre-sales opportunities, and expanding customer relationships.
• Analyze implementation and usage data to guide decisions and plan next steps.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• K–12 educator experience, including 5+ years delivering professional development in K–12 settings.
• Experience as a school or district administrator, or extensive experience delivering professional development to these audiences.
• Experience leading a school or district instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
• Strong analytical, strategic, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
• Passion for improving education through technology and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
