What you will do

• Manage sales operations service requests through defined workflows and prioritize them based on complexity and expertise.
• Maintain accurate data and status records in related systems and communicate clearly with requestors.
• Resolve straightforward service requests and transfer complex cases to the appropriate experts or stakeholders.
• Process quotes and contracts for hirify.global Business AI Platform deals worldwide.
• Review pricing accuracy and guide sales teams through approval and contracting steps.
• Contribute to process improvement and knowledge management activities under the guidance of experienced team members.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with less than two years of work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of customer service, workflow management, and data handling.
• Familiarity with service request processing and established operations systems and processes.
• Solid English communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, curiosity about technology, and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Bogota, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of process mining and optimization, AI value selling, AI data analytics, and data-driven stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to context engineering, AI output quality assurance, agentic AI practices, AI-assisted automation, and prototyping.
