Sales And Customer Care Andean (Food Ingredients)

Location: Hybrid role based in Megaport, Bogotá, Colombia

What you will do

• Provide analytical support to sales teams through reporting, KPI tracking, dashboards, and business performance insights.
• Prepare presentations and reports for commercial reviews and decision-making.
• Monitor pipeline performance and identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Manage customer requests, documentation, certifications, compliance materials, commercial information, and product sample coordination.
• Maintain customer platforms, databases, and commercial records while supporting vendor management, purchase requisitions, travel arrangements, and expense processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, business analytics, or related functions; relevant internship or practicum experience may be considered for recent graduates.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency, with experience preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and KPI analyses.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency in written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to customer service.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Exposure to food ingredients, supply chain, logistics, or commercial operations.
