Associate, Material Management

Location: Greenville, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse and production environment. Regular 9/80 schedule on the day shift.

What you will do

• Support facilities parts and materials warehouse operations, including inventory levels and spare parts.
• Work with logistics functions covering warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Unpack and properly store received materials while recording locations and transactions in the MRP system.
• Monitor receipts, issues, and stock movements across the warehouse, external suppliers, and L3Harris segments.
• Source and order materials, maintain min/max levels, and coordinate efficient material flow with other departments.
• Support personnel across multiple shifts and management levels while working independently and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics management, business administration, or a related field, or having completed one within the last 12 months.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a production and warehouse environment, including material handling.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, and lift up to 32 pounds.
• Some positions may require a security clearance, which can only be granted to U.S. citizens.
