Material Coordinator/Handler III (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Prioritize daily stores activities, receive parts, update inventory records, and maintain shortage reports.
• Perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies and non-conformances, and audit, transfer, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Coordinate vendor deliveries, expedite materials, review work orders and MRP, and replenish line-side material in manufacturing areas.
• Prepare and regulate materials for delivery to the cleanroom and process excess or obsolete stock through rework, transfer, or scrap.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, vans, trucks, or overhead cranes as assigned while following safety standards.
• Train or certify other Material Coordinators and provide informal guidance to junior team members.

Requirements

• Proficiency in a range of material-handling processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting, and working in tight spaces.
• Ability to distinguish colors, use hand and power tools, and work in environments with potentially difficult noise levels.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery, including forklifts, and follow applicable safety protocols.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom while using required personal protective equipment, including coveralls, hoods, gloves, respirators, and face shields.
