What you will do

• Serve as a liaison between Operations and Program Management to support program requirements and milestones.
• Advise management on work-in-progress status, material availability, and potential production issues.
• Coordinate component production and purchasing against the master production schedule, shop workload, and inventory requirements.
• Track multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities related to material availability, and maintain production finish-date integrity.
• Communicate status and material needs with quality assurance, manufacturing, procurement, engineering, inventory control, and external customers.
• Schedule and expedite part movement through move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests.

Requirements

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree or have completed one within the last 12 months in supply chain management, logistics management, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of material coordination and supply chain processes.
• Ability to track projects with varying complexity with limited supervision.
• Ability to coordinate across internal and external functions and communicate operational status clearly.
• Some positions may require a security clearance; security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
