Supply Chain Analyst (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States; may be based at a Menasha Packaging site or customer location. Primarily office-based, with occasional work in production or warehouse settings.

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain data to identify underperforming areas and solve production-flow issues.
• Improve planning systems, operational functions, and daily processes.
• Manage manufacturing capacity across a multi-state region.
• Design and implement methods for gathering and managing supply chain data, and prepare business reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate with carriers and suppliers to maintain cost-effective capacity and service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of supply chain strategies and tools covering raw materials, work in progress, finished goods, and delivery operations.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and transactions involving raw materials or product components.
• Knowledge of manufacturing plant operations and the movement of goods and materials through the manufacturing cycle.
