Production & Materials Planning Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders between Tastepoint North, Tastepoint South, and the distribution center.
• Perform SAP MIGO goods receipts for raw materials and Zycus goods receipts for indirect materials.
• Process raw material returns, supplier returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions for production supplies and approved equipment.
• Provide backup support for MRO purchasing, including supplier communication, order expediting, and delivery tracking.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve shortages, delivery issues, and inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Experience with raw material receiving and SAP booking activities.
• Experience managing raw material returns.
• Experience procuring indirect production materials.
• Experience providing backup MRO purchasing support.
• Basic knowledge of SAP transactions, internal procedures, and Zycus.
• Ability to work at the North, Pennsylvania site.
