Training and Development Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Remote in Colombia; Bogotá

What you will do

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for the Operations and customer experience teams.
• Create onboarding, product knowledge, process, e-learning, video, presentation, and interactive training materials.
• Facilitate engaging virtual and in-person training sessions and adapt delivery to participant needs.
• Analyze CSAT, FCR, quality, and other performance metrics to identify training needs and improvement areas.
• Provide individualized coaching and reinforcement to improve knowledge retention and on-the-job performance.
• Track training effectiveness, key metrics, and ROI while aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories, including Knowles' Andragogy.
• Experience creating training content with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, and Google Slides.
• Ability to develop training plans and learning paths for different business and learning needs.
• Experience facilitating interactive training sessions, adjusting content and pace in real time, and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to conduct training needs assessments and analyze individual and team performance data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with initiative to improve training programs using feedback and performance data.
