Location: Vancouver, BC, Canada. The work arrangement includes a proportion of on-site and remote work, to be discussed during the interview. Candidates must be legally eligible to work at the specified location and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
Salary: CAD 69,800–87,200 annual base salary, plus participation in an annual discretionary incentive or bonus program.

What you will do
- Analyze business partner and learner needs, identify training gaps, and recommend solutions that improve front-line client interactions.
- Research, design, develop, implement, and evaluate integrated training solutions for client-facing technology initiatives.
- Create detailed storyboards, e-learning content, multimedia materials, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
- Facilitate training at national, regional, or branch level and provide subject matter expertise after technology launches.
- Support branch users with technical challenges and coordinate with technology, product, marketing, compliance, legal, and business stakeholders.
- Review project outcomes, ensure deliverable quality, and contribute to post-implementation reviews and future enhancements.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in adult education, instructional design, applied arts, English, electronic communications, curriculum, technical or business writing, or equivalent experience.
- Experience applying adult learning and instructional or information design principles.
- Experience developing e-learning, instructor-led, and self-guided training materials.
- Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Lectora, Captivate, or Articulate Storyline; image editing and multimedia tools; and Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to troubleshoot training tools, recommend appropriate approaches, manage deliverables, and collaborate with business stakeholders.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work or study permit where applicable are required.
