Senior Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Location: Remote, Argentina

Salary: USD 1,400–2,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage approximately 80–120 plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Handle insurance communications, bodily injury claims, no-fault claims, and uninsured or underinsured motorist claims.
• Coordinate medical treatment and case progression with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys.
• Monitor claim status, follow up on outstanding items, and support settlement and treatment goals.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and current case records and activity documentation in Litify.
• Provide case-related legal support under attorney supervision while following firm procedures and documentation standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent experience managing plaintiff personal injury cases.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm and handling no-fault, bodily injury, and uninsured or underinsured motorist claims.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment.
• Must be based in Argentina.
