TL;DR
HR Business Partner II (Aerospace): Partnering with business leaders to shape people strategies, employee relations, talent management, and HR programs in an aircraft manufacturing environment with an accent on workforce planning, organizational design, compliance, and data-driven recommendations. Focus on resolving complex employee matters, coaching leaders, developing talent pipelines, and leading change management and HR process improvements.
Location: Mobile Area, Alabama, United States; onsite 100%

operates a commercial aircraft manufacturing facility in Mobile and supports aerospace operations in the United States and beyond.
What you will do
- Partner with business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and advise managers on performance management.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, succession planning, leadership development, and long-term talent management.
- Lead change management, regional HR projects, process improvements, and adoption of HR technology solutions.
- Use HR data and analytics to identify trends, develop recommendations, and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
- Collaborate with centers of expertise, recruiting teams, business units, and international HR partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of progressive HR experience in a center of expertise or generalist role.
- Proficiency with HRIS tools such as ADP, Workday, or SAP.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law and HR regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this US position.
- Onsite work is required 100% of the time in Mobile, Alabama.
Nice to have
- Three years of aerospace experience.
- Three years of experience in a multifunctional international environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
