Director, Human Resources (Products & Technology)

Location: Loveland, Ohio, United States; onsite at the Loveland facility

What you will do

• Partner with Products & Technology executives as the primary HR business partner and talent strategist.
• Lead organizational design and change management initiatives for Product and Technology teams.
• Design global HR programs, processes, frameworks, and tools for the HR function.
• Own headcount budgeting and workforce planning, using data to forecast future capability needs.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on staffing strategy and hiring activities.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent while aligning compensation and retention initiatives with technical milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including success in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading teams, developing new methods, and solving complex matters with significant impact.
• Extensive experience supporting highly technical engineering teams.
• Strong record of aligning HR strategy with business objectives and advising senior leaders.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance are required.
