Human Resource Business Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite at the Littleton, Colorado facility; occasional travel to the facility in Littleton is required. The position is associated with Denver, Colorado, and may support Stafford and Stafford Springs locations.

Salary: $53,594–$89,324 annually. An annual or quarterly bonus and possible shift premium may apply.

What you will do

• Partner with operations supervisors on full-cycle employment matters, coaching, employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Develop engagement, recognition, retention, and career-development programs for direct labor employees.
• Analyze HR trends and metrics to identify business solutions and track progress.
• Support recruitment, staffing strategy, requisitions, offers, and Workday HRIS processes.
• Support payroll audits, time and attendance accuracy, new-hire orientation, and HR shared-services adoption.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment legislation and export-control procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience across full-spectrum HR disciplines, preferably in a high-growth manufacturing environment.
• Experience with employee relations and investigations, including confidential and sensitive matters.
• Knowledge of US and Connecticut employment laws and their implications for HR management.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, judgment, and collaboration skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Littleton, Colorado and comply with US export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC procedures.

Nice to have

• HRCI or SHRM certification.
• Experience supporting direct labor in manufacturing.
• Aerospace and defense industry experience.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence.
