Revenue Operations Analyst (Aerospace)

Location: Remote - United States; periodic travel to Voyager sites is expected for key program milestones, kickoff events, and team meetings, up to 10% including possible overnight stays.

Base salary: $115,000–$135,000 per year.

What you will do

• Build and maintain Salesforce pipeline reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for business development and senior leadership.
• Perform financial reporting, data modeling, and variance analysis with Finance and Accounting.
• Extract and validate Salesforce data for financial analysis.
• Support opportunity workflows and processes in partnership with the Salesforce administrator.
• Identify improvements to workflows, automation, and reporting infrastructure.
• Collaborate across departments to address operational needs and support executive decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales or business development operations, or financial analysis.
• Advanced Salesforce reporting and dashboard skills, including forecasting, pipeline analysis, and data extraction.
• Experience with sales or business development forecasting, financial reporting, data modeling, and analytics.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and multi-source data analysis.
• Experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident and eligible for applicable export authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience with annual budget development and FFP&A forecasting.
• Experience building executive-level pipeline dashboards and analysis.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, BI tools, or SQL.
