Business Operations Lead Analyst (Scores) (Fintech)

Location: Remote work from the United States

Targeted base pay range: $84,000–$132,000 per year

What you will do

• Own royalty and revenue recognition analysis across CRAs and new partners.
• Strengthen and automate quality checks and reconciliations across revenue streams.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and executive stakeholders on reporting and analysis initiatives.
• Extract, manage, and pipeline data while refining the Scoring Operations ETLA process.
• Standardize analytical approaches and documentation as the reporting scope expands.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and ad hoc recommendations that support business decisions.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in finance, fintech, banking, or a related industry, including work with financial or bureau data.
• Proven ability to analyze complex and ambiguous data and communicate actionable findings to business users and leadership.
• Senior-level expertise in data extraction, data management, ETLA processes, query writing, and data ownership.
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Snowflake, Python, advanced Excel, and BI or data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong critical-thinking, research, communication, organization, and deadline-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, Operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
