Senior Analyst, Revenue Management (Logistics)

What you will do

• Build lane-level profitability analyses and dynamic transportation pricing models for the US Marketplace.
• Analyze how price changes affect buyer behavior and transportation attach rates across customer segments and territories.
• Evaluate transportation margins, carrier costs, seasonality, and surcharges to identify profitability improvements.
• Benchmark carrier and competitor pricing while monitoring market and seasonal factors.
• Track attach rate, margins, cost per mile, revenue leakage, and financial risks.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and pilots for new pricing structures and models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic pricing or revenue management, ideally in a marketplace or logistics environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ownership, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex insights to cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
