Home Infusion Nurse (Registered Nursing)

Location: Bethesda, Maryland, with home visits and travel across a large geographic region; position associated with Rockville, Maryland

Salary: $38–$63 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Administer specialty medications, including IV infusions, safely and effectively in patients’ homes.
• Assess patients, document treatments and progress, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Coordinate care and provide updates as the primary patient contact.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support holistic patient outcomes.
• Use independent clinical judgment to manage care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least one year of experience in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability to work 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Two or more years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
