Clinical Implementation Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States. The role works remotely while supporting implementation activity across the coasts, with a focus on the West Coast team. Overnight travel of 75% or more is required.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for 10% bonus/incentive pay.

What you will do

• Coordinate on-site implementation activities and collaborate with Clinical Leads on education and installation plans.
• Educate hospital staff on Masimo products and devices.
• Support installations by delivering products to hospital units, providing follow-up education, and decommissioning devices.
• Manage implementation inventory and coordinate equipment needs with corporate headquarters.
• Coordinate with healthcare facilities and OEM partners to support transitions to Masimo products.
• Track deliverables, resolve issues independently, and ensure implementation activities are completed on time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of critical care or related clinical experience, with at least 2 years of experience specified for the role.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse qualification.
• Leadership experience and a record of coordinating multiple stakeholders to deliver results.
• Strong written, oral, interpersonal, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills.
• PC literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record, and ability to complete overnight travel of 75% or more.
