Implementation Coordinator (SaaS, Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, but applicants must reside within the United States and be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not provided. Flexibility to work across time zones is required.

What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements during customer implementations.
• Support discovery sessions covering customers’ systems, processes, and data structures.
• Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.
• Configure platform settings and support testing and validation of system configurations and data migrations.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to escalate complex issues and propose platform improvements.
• Maintain implementation documentation and process guides, recommending improvements to clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role; internships and relevant coursework are considered.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.
• Must reside in the United States, have authorization to work for any U.S. employer, and not require sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare platforms such as EMRs/EHRs, workforce management tools, scheduling systems, or Epic.
• Basic knowledge of data integration or ETL tools.
• Experience in customer support or project management, preferably in a technology environment.
