Clinical Implementation Specialist (EHR Platform)

Location: Hybrid schedule in Tampa or Nashville, United States; remote candidates will not be considered. Travel of up to 25% and on-site customer visits may be required.

What you will do

• Lead new customer implementations from kickoff through go-live.
• Assess clinical practices, patient treatment requirements, and state reporting needs.
• Identify configuration requirements, apply best practices, and validate configured EHR features.
• Resolve customer inquiries, track issues, and maintain ownership through resolution.
• Maintain project documentation, CRM records, agendas, minutes, and implementation updates.
• Prepare customers for end-user training and participate in on-site visits to understand workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Clinical experience in behavioral health or general healthcare.
• Experience with SaaS or cloud implementations; EHR/EMR experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, data visualization, reporting analysis, and state-specific clinical requirements.
• Strong communication, customer service, organization, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Tampa or Nashville and travel up to 25%.
