NetSuite Administrator & Integration Analyst (eCommerce)

Location: Los Angeles, California; hybrid or office-based work environment

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce, Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon platforms.
• Troubleshoot system, data, workflow, order, fulfillment, invoicing, customer account, and reporting issues across integrated business systems.
• Maintain ERP, CRM, eCommerce, shipping, tax, payment, EDI, and MuleSoft integrations.
• Support WooCommerce storefronts, Stripe payment processing, Amazon operations, shipping workflows, and order routing.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Document workflows and integration mappings, assist with testing and deployments, and coordinate with vendors and software providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Experience with middleware or integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato, and with APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated business workflows across multiple systems, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid or office-based environment in Los Angeles, California.

Nice to have

• Experience with SPS Commerce, EDI, Avalara, Stripe, Amazon Seller Central, or Vendor Central.
• Experience with SQL, reporting tools, data analysis, or modern event-driven integration architecture.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, retail, eCommerce, consumer products, manufacturing, or hardware-based businesses.
• Salesforce, NetSuite, or integration platform certifications.
