Software Engineer: Enriching the Mathspace web and mobile apps that help teach hundreds of thousands of students every month across the world with an accent on product discovery efforts. Focus on tackling difficult problems, solving them creatively, and learning continuously.

Location: Remote from Cyprus or Australia; some timezone overlap with Sydney is required.

What you will do

Enhance web and mobile applications used by hundreds of thousands of students each month.
Collaborate with product owners and designers during product discovery.
Work with engineers to deliver value to students and teachers.
Solve complex problems creatively and take initiative in a cross-functional product team.
Continuously learn, develop, and extend the technology stack.

Requirements

Strong software engineering ability.
Effective communication skills.
Knowledge of JavaScript and React.
Industry experience building web products.
Interest in quality, design, and user experience.
Commitment to learning and sharing new ideas.
