Software Engineer I (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; applicants must be U.S. citizens physically located in the U.S. Periodic work at a hirify.global office or collaborative work location may be required for certain events or important team moments.

Base salary: $77,400–$140,340 USD annually, depending on hiring location, scope, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Build tools and product features that help organizations succeed with Apple devices.
• Complete identified engineering tasks independently from start to finish while maintaining quality.
• Work within an agile delivery team and apply established engineering designs and practices.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, Product Management, leadership, Technical Communication, Support, Product, and Cloud teams.
• Explain technical concepts, solve problems, and adapt to changing platforms.
• Follow security, privacy, legal, and data protection requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen physically located in the United States.
• At least 1 year of experience developing enterprise-grade software.
• Understanding of testing and quality assurance processes.
• At least 1 year of experience with a current programming language and relevant development tools.
• Associate degree or 2-year degree required; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Relevant experience and education may be combined.
• Strong communication, analytical, listening, collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI-driven coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
• Four-year or bachelor's degree.
